    Well its about time I started this up again and keep it up to date.

    My arm is about as healed as its going to be, and strength is right about where I left off January.
    Bodyweight is out of control hovering around 310 right now. :ugh:

    Goals are:
    Get bodyweight down, dont have a real specific weight ATM.
    Sronger (obviously)
    Do a PL Comp sometime in the future.
