How do you all get back on track, if you even worry about it?

i just pretend the previous day didn't happen, and pick up where I left off the day before it
business as usual pretty much, just move on and try not to make a habit of the previous day.
I did the same shit, went out drinking last night got f*cked up. Slept till like 9 am today but couldn't eat anything until like 2. Even then all I was able to eat was 1 hard boiled egg. Then had to eat at olive garden. That wasnt that bad, shrimp previerra, salad with no dressing and diet coke.

Real deads AND stiff-legged. Sometimes I even squat and DL on the same day!!
I have a date tonight at my favorite restaurant. I have to try and not overeat, just take home everything I can, and remember that dessert will be coming
I have like a chocolate hang over.
