    His dedication continues to amaze me. Also, I notice every time the topic comes up, people mention the amount of gear they are sure he is on. Nothing in the article suggested anything of the sort... is Benardi simply leaving it out, or is it possible he is doing it natty? If natural, that is a even more impressive.

    So even with the gear his bloodwork is getting better.

    Jason: How does the use of androgens fit in to the recovery process for you and your training partners and how long does a typical cycle last?

    Jim: Everyone I know stays on year round. People say we're nuts but they don't train like we do. They want to scream and shout about staying on year round. But if you're taking one cc of test all that's doing is keeping yourself somewhat healthy. I've seen too many guys come off and get hurt. People say "well why don't you tone down your training?" Well guess what, we can't. If you want to be the best at something you're gonna have to make some sacrifices.

    is his injury list anywhere near typical for an elite lifter? i know he mentioned some injuries were the result of not taking it easy, but that list is crazy

    I figured as much, it's just that t-nation is generally pretty open about AAS and such.
