well my cut is basically over since i leave for asu tomorrow...

things to note during my long ass cutter:

-for low carbing, the first few days are horrible, but after that it's basically gravy

-old adipokinetix gives you a heart attack so basically its fucking sweet

-glycergrow (which i used for about the last 5 weeks of my cut) was MUCH more of a help to endurance in the gym than cee+arginine...highly recommended

-garlic salt tastes like shit with eggs

-7-oxo transdermals dont fucking do shit

-lecithin is a good addition to a home made MRP shake, or post workout shake

-red acid fucking rules for appetite suppression, mood, and stacks great with ephedrine/synephrine or clen

-take a fucking good multi....i broke my own rule and didnt for the first like 4-5 weeks of my cut...it makes such a difference in how you feel

    -lift first then tan...better tan

    -dont look at the scale

-dont get demotivated by your body's appearance in the mirror at different point in the day

-carbmasters are still my main nigga

-drink water till you almost puke at every meal

    -brocolli is also my nigga

-and if you dont eat brocolli, your shits will literally rip your asshole

-dont reduce lifting volume when you cut.....you fucks arent working too hard in the first place

-stay busy...less time to think about food

-eat right when you get up, about every 2-3 hours after, and right before bed

-meridia doesnt kill your appetite for shit

-low carbing kills your libido, so take something to perk up dat pipe snake

    -stay positive

    final stats
    weight: 230ish
    bf%: 7-8%

im gonna blow up dat clean bulkin noise after break

OK, I'm just a bit confused and I hope Sgt Ownage or Pur or somebody can explain this to me: Christophers says that as long as calories are low enoug, protein intake is adequate and you get EFAs then macro nutrient ratios don't really matter, but Knucks, Sgt Ownage have gone to basically no carbs for the end part of their cut, and thats what Pur and Sgt. Ownage basically suggested to me one other time.

I jsut don't understand the physiology of how eliminating one macronutrient or restricting it helps change body comp as much as it does. I'm more just curious than anything. I get the calories in calories out stuff I just don't understand why one macronutrient has that effect.

    heres a question....

I've been cutting for about 3 weeks now. i've been eating below maint. cals and everything, taking whey, e/c, sesamin, lean green, lifting heavy, and incline walking for 45 minutes a day...i've lost 10lbs and I'm positive that it's water weight.

should i try this carb deplete or just stick to cutting cals? or should i just do HIIT?

Once you go off the diet and go back to maintenance cals then wouldn't you lose the leaner look as glycogen levels are restored?

I can see where this would be useful for a show, but it seems like overkill for people who havent progressed to that level.

Low insulin and low blood glucose = greater fat mobilization. It also sets the body up for glycogen supercompensation when you carb-up. Also, a point from the UD2.0...
