    A few days ago... weighed myself at 176lbs. First time ever I've been able to reach that weight without 1-ad. That was Mar 2nd or 3rd. Anyway that didn't last.
    This morning I weighed 173 lbs...

    Goals are pretty different from regular bb'ers or pl'ers. Lower body is still a priority, but trying also to bring up my back's width and thickness is up there. I try to hit back twice a week... vertical pulling motion (pulldowns, pullups) one day, rowing motions on a separate day. Aside from those goals I'm trying to increase my strenght in the single arm pullups. I'm trying to work on that at least twice a week. Staying lean year round is definitely a high priority. I'll be full into cutting again pretty soon...

    Here's a pic taken on 03.03.05 at 176lbs.

    Thanks guys. I recently realized though I possess what's considered as 'short lats'. Oh well...:hs:

    I like to take any of the caffeine/ green tea thermogenics at 1/4 the suggested serving though along with 8-16mg of ephedrine. If i'm really tired (like on weekends where I get only 3-4 hours sleep at nights) I take 2 capsules (4 per suggested serving). Currently the one I'm using is a GNC one which I actually got for free because it had expired a few months ago.

    I started some supplements yesterday and my goal is to try and lean up but keeping (hopefully) above 175lbs.
    Considering taking CEE as well though I'll ask more about it in the main forum when applied to cutting.
    While not recording everything, I've started cycling my carbs.
    Main carb source on low carb days will be a bagel post workout (kudos to christophers).
