    I really want a chocolate but ATT doesnt have that phone. If i got an unlocked one off ebay can it still work or no?

    Yes, but it will be marketed as a KG8000, not a chocolate. Chocolate is the designation given to the US CDMA network phones.

    I have the chocolate phone. I love it.

    At first it took some getting used to cause it uses the scroll wheel AND upp down, left right arrow buttons on the same wheel. Kinda like the ipod. And you can't turn off the scroll wheel. Found myself sometimes accidentally bumping the scroll wheel when I went to hit select. But I've gotten used to it and can now use it no problem. I love the phone. Battery life? lol I use teh phone a lot for business / personal . and I put it on the charge 2 times a week just to make sure it's fully charged. I haven't let it dip past 2 bars yet.

    the battery life leaves a lot to be desired but otherwise i haven't had any real problems besides a few mistakes involving the touch screen
