My right leg stretches to 80% up while my left leg only goes to 50%, my right leg fold up another 1.5inches tham my left leg, my left leg is 1/2" shorter than my right, my spine is an S shape, and my neck doesnt bend all the way down.

Oh well I will still lift :o

fuck them all. I hate them. But then when you turn around and have a procedure you'll recover faster and that's the only time they'll say it'ss good.

chiropractors are cool, I still don't see why they're looked so down upon... yeah there are procedures that they can't do, but that's the same for any doctor... all I know is that when my spine got twisted 90 degrees to the right in my neck, a chiropractor was the one that fixed it... and tho I didn't get my back completely fixed, it sure helped a lot

:werd: And he really said stay away from Squats, and Good Morinigs. Said that as long as I do perfect form and dont jerk or use momentum that deadlifts and uprightrows might help my back :dunno:
