lifted my first weight in 8/06, almost exactly two years ago. my weight at that time was 131lbs, today I'm roughly 165lbs at 5'9" my goal for the remainder of the year is to continue putting on weight. if I can get up to 175lbs or so without increasing bf% I would be pleased. I'll jot down my workouts each day here as well as my macros for the day before. mostly, I am hoping this will help me stay honest with myself about my diet. I will post current measurements and pics once I get the chance.
