I searched but couldn't find another thread like this...

What's the best action? Most important (historically or groundbreaking, etc) for MMA as a sport?

Basically, if you wanted to sum up MMA in one fight as being legendary, which would you choose?

Cro Cop vs Fedor was the biggest MMA match to date.

And like everyone else said Silva/Rampage was great.

Chuck/Wandy might take it all though.

    most amazing?

    Frye vs. Takayama

Not really anything that impressive as far as pulling crazy moves... just amazing how hard each guy fought and how crazily the match went.

Great fight, both gave it everything they had in their tanks plus some. Awesome standup battle. This comming from someone who prefers ground fighting.

I'd have to look through a long list of Pride favorites, but my UFC favorite is Hughes v. Trigg 2.

Tank vs. Taktarov is still one of my fav's. Those guys couldnt even get out of the ring under their own power they were so worn out.

Fedor destroyes a very big guy in a agressive and explosive way. I like that. I enjoyed the fight.

Great sub . I didn't think that takedown/ submission would work in MMA. I taught of it as TMA takedown.
