They have a lot of LBM.
link to source?
I'd like to see what they do to train.
i don't think they have much lbm, i think i remember there was an article that said they stopped weight training because they got too many injuries but im not sure
I heard it on food network.
even without training, 25% of the weight that people gain is lbm.
Their bodyfat ranges from 20-45. The heavier ones have around 300lbs of LBM
their stomachs have expanded alot from all the food they force in there, that part alone takes training. and of course they have lbm cuz they are carrying around all that extra weight. and anyone taking any sport seriously will train for it and not just eat. they eat for more mass so they are harder to push and they gain lots of muscle so they can push. the whole point of it is to see which one is forced out of the circle so it would be retarded just to sit and eat and nothing else.
i never knew that
they rip all their tendons in their legs that hold their hips when they first start, then let it heal then they start training..crazy sumos.
Are steroids illegal in sumo wrestling?
