it seems all of my fat likes to accumulate on my low back and it doesn't go away til I'm sub 10%... shit sucks for back pics
looks good, no homo
my back always looks better than my front when i'm fat (like now)
you're left handed?
do what evo did
The camera fell when I was taking it. But I look good for 20.3% BF.
no the camera on my macbook just likes to invert the pictures for some reason
well joor right shoulder/biceptual is more hugical than other side.
might be time to switch styles
i think a big part of it is that i don't know how to flex my left side but yeah i agree, i'm waaay off of being proportionate lol
Uh oh, here comes the critics that haven't posted a single photo.
back is looking thick, how did your arms do on this bulk cycle?
Here's a better one.
arms grew by 1/2 an inch...still small.
I read somewhere [maybe on here] that you have to gain about 15lbs to grow your arms 1/4 of an inch.....so thats about right.
but if i'm being honest, i don't push hard enough on arms. I can't go as heavy as i would like, b/c nething over a certain weight and i get tennis elbow on the outside and golfer's elbow on the inside--for triceps or biceps, and then i can't do shit.
So i have to do higher reps, lighter weight, longer workouts, more energy, blah blah blah. And end up bouncing out before i should.
Hammer curls hurt your elbows too? That arm size/weight ratio seems way low.
i think one of the main reason my arms have been small is b/c i can't do hammer curls.
golfer's elbow--sever pain on the tendon that runs on the inside of the elbow--hammer curls and reverse curls were the worst on that. Regular curls weren't too bad. Recently its been better, so i'm reintegrating that to my workout with some decent results.
plus, i'm genetically wired for small arms.
Funny, straight bar/EZ curls hurt my wrist now and my bi workouts have been centered around hammer curls.
Hard to believe someone is wired for small arms.
an inch, not ¼ inch
skinnyfat douche here to make you guys look better
can see serratus anterior in the front...still have back fat
