i need to quit smoking.. but can i just start sometime in january?
you've made some great progress man, no need to be smoking
Have decently visible abs for the first time since I really started working out without dropping under 165 lbs.
Work on my purple belt in BJJ.
would like the visible abs myself
in jersey? no one runs in jersey bro
new year resolutions are for the weak minded..9/10 people dont stick with their goals and give up.
oh, mine is get bigger
Same shit I've been working on, just calling it a new years resolution for when people at work ask me about it.
get an erection for more than 4 hours WITHOUT viagra
but yeah, I don't make new years resolutions...I keep my shit in check year round.
outweigh razor by 100lbs
Have a body that doesn't resemble a weak stupid cum bucket
keep training boxing so i can have my first fight
I think you've done that already.
Frank Dux is so elite, he accomplished his 2010 resolutions on Dec. 27th, 2009
not a resolution, just the same goals i've been having for the last 3-5 months.
Bulk up until (whichever happens first):
The outline of my abs go away
Reach 195 lbs
end of may/june
Shred back down to 7% body fat by the end of august/sept.
just stay injury free
that's so romantic bro, I hope we can run together sometime
quit smoking. I barely ever do it maybe a few cigarettes per week at most but I'd rather not smoke at all period. Every time I try to quit I it's just on a whim but maybe if there is something meaningful behind it like a resolution then I can actually shake it.
if you're trying to bulk up or just gain strength, there's no reason to use something that constricts your blood vessels bro, you need all the oxygen you can get to your muscles
doesn't matter... I just don't want to feel dependent on any substances other than water and food.
bigger and stronger
spend less of my time on drugs
