    Finishing my last week of my current workout...tell me what you think of my new upper/lower workout.

    Day 1 - Lower
    Squat 5x5
    Lunges 3x10
    Leg Press 3x8
    Stiff-Leg Deadlift 3x8
    Calves
    Obliques

    Day 2 - Upper
    Incline Bench 5x5
    Shoulder Press 5x5
    Pullups 4xMax
    Flat DB Bench 3x8
    Abs

    Day 3 - Lower
    Deadlift 5x5
    Hyperextensions 3x10
    Leg Curl 3x8
    Leg Extension 3x8
    Calves
    Obliques

    Day 4 - Upper
    Bent-Over Row 5x5
    Flat Bench 5x5
    Dips 4xMax
    Upright Row 3x8
    Abs

    Day 5 - Supplemental
    Arm work
    Dyanmic movements (plyo I guess, haven't really figured this one out yet)
    Etc.

    Well?

    its pretty similar to mine, and mine is working well for me...dunno how much that helps you though

    i never liked star trek till i saw it a couple months ago during breakfast...now i think it's a pretty decent show
