wow im sore. Didnt end up doing MT today, but went to the gym with a girlfriend of mine, and she is in SHAPE. Did about half hour of abs, some lat exercises, shoulders, biceps, triceps and pectorals . Then went for a run around stanley park- which is about 5-7 km's (??)
tomorrow muai thai, and im stoked.

just got back from class, it actually wasnt so bad today.
My legs were a bit less flexible than usual, after doing the warm up i was partnered with a newer guy, actually taught him how to better his left hook and kicks. It was cool cause the guy was really thankful .
just did lots of thai pad work, which i love.
lots of different combos.
Wheelbarrow sprints back and fourth and pushups and situps at each end.
Dead man carry ( this was actually really easy )
20 mons of bagwork after class, mostly workingon footwork and side to side evasions.
Got home and i can barely take my shirt off cause my triceps are so sore.
No love for bjj
nope no time- or money. I got mad love for BJJ although i know nothing about it ( when im rolling )
I havent been posting here cause my subscription ran out, and i have to figure out if i wanna go month to month or sigh up for another few months.
also i have been coughing up blood and its in my sinuses as well WTF
why are my calves ever sore?? they tense up so bad still, i have tried EVERYTHING.

fuck im back with a vengeance. Been going monday to friday, five days a week. Would go sat and sunday too but no morning classes sat and no more classes sun period.
I decided to fuck the scale, the mirror never lies. I been feeling great, still have the calve problem. I plan on getting them DEEP tissue massaged and if that doesnt work then acupuncture.
I feel as though if i cant take care of my calves i will forever be in a plateau.
I look back at my old training log, when i first wanted to start. Man that shit is depressing, if i had dedicated as much as i have the last month or so i would be in pretty good shape right now. Just makes me want it more....
Fuck im getting stoked for class tomorrow morning just typing this !!!
My new schedule is :
class 7:30 - 8:30 ( stay usually till 9 am ) mon- fri.
This is HUGE for me cause i used to wake up at noon at the earliest for the past 2 years....

Feels so good to get back at her- actually been going for a bit now but havent been keeping up my training logs.
Been doing lots of sparring- just trying to tweak my game and work on my cardio. Its going to get better.
Wooo hoo !! im going to start updating this more often. Does anyone read these still? I think we have a great sub-forum that is getting NEGLECTED!!!
RIght now i have only gone to class 3 times since my fight day (oct 23rd) but i havent gained much weight- im currently @ 175 with shorts and shirt on.
since i didnt get to fight, next one is i believe in march/april, im going to be in such good shape for that one!!!!
Tuesday, 28th August 2012-
Been in HK for over a year now and have been training at a small gym in an area called Mong Kok. The trainer are all Thai; one of them still competes in I-1 (local HK tourney with international talent). Been going semi-regularly and feel pretty good, biggest changes ive been making though are to my diet.
Oatmeal/Muslix for breakfast usually, Chicken and broccoli with a half cup of rice at lunch, bananas, apples, almonds in between meals for snacks and usually some salmon sashimi or sushi for dinner; and i usually cheat 1-2 times a week on one of my meals.
