    I am mainly The Cage crew, as I am training for a fight. I am 2 weeks away from my fight at 205, and I started my training program 3 months ago at 240+ lbs. My base knowledge of dieting and working out has come from reading this forum, long before The Cage even existed.

    If you guys care to look at my log, I moved it to The Cage. I'll have results of my fight up there. But thanks again, I couldn't have done it without a base from helpful guys in this forum.

    I don't have any better pics right now, but next week before my fight when I'm finished cutting I'll take some.

    Good job on meeting your goals man! Are you like 6'4 because you don't look like 240 there at all?

    6'1". Yeah honestly I never looked as heavy as I was, but in that pic alot of the weight was in my gut/legs. I was amazed when I stepped on the scale one day and it said 250. :wtf: I've really cut down on alot of the fat and built some good functional muscle and it's just recently really showing.

    After my event I plan on bulking back up to about 220-225 and lift again a couple days a week, but during the past few months I haven't been doing any lifting just martial arts. Either that or staying near 205 and lifting to cut and fight in the 185 weight class. I just don't want to walk around less than 200lbs.

    Wheres the fight at? A friend from work also has a fight some time this month down in ohio.
