about this time last year I weighed about 280 mabey 285, I just got on he scale at 214.5, I owe a lot of it to things I've read here. Mostly it was just changing my diet and watching calories, I get decent exercise at work and do sit-ups and push ups before I go to bed but don't really work out. I don't do as much physical work in the winter so Im going to start working out in the next few weeks so I don't slip up and gain anything back due to the lack of exercise. Im not where I want to be but Im glad I made a change and now I can see Im getting closer to my goal.

Excellent progress. Just wait til you start lifting... You'll see a lot of progress if you stick with it.

The main thing that kept me eating well was looking at the fat calories to calories ratio of the foods I used to eat, I pretty much cut out fast food, and if I do I try to get somethign light, occasionally Ill have a slice or two of pizza but alot of chicken, tuna and turkey.

Im gonna start reading up on woking out and stuff, Its amazing what seeing a change can do for your motivation, I used to say "tommorow is the day Ill start eating better" but when tommorow came I never followed through, then one day I decided today is the day.

Awesome work, just imagine what you'd look like if you hit the gym 3-4 times a week. Do it! It'll be worth it.
