went to a thai restarant jesterday because i love picante stuff.. and never tried the food before. i avoided all the fried items because, of coursethey are worse

    starters:
kip sate (supposely grilled chicken, with peanut sauce ) ~ 500 cal

spicy coconut chicken soup: 800? cal ... coconut milk is pure sat. fat ... regardless its bangin .i need to make healthier alternative at home

1/2 cup bean sprout salad w some oil dressing... 100 cal

    main:
    1/2cup duck w red curry - 250 cal

raw shrimp in lemon grass sauce - 200 cal

grilled chicken with sweet picante sauce - 300 cal

thai noodles in some oil (dont think they were fried) - 500 cal

bowl of coconut milk saffron rice (2.5 cups?) - 1000 cal ... mmm damn good!

between me and my gf 100 eu of food... portions are some what small so that can be misleading

afterwards had 3 cocktails of about 600 cal (frangelico + coffee, strawberries + ginger soda beer + vanilla vodka)

    4250 cals in one sitting...

well to make that up this morning ran 28k (17.5 miles) .... furthest i ever went and had energy to go more

looks like i know my pre marathon meal ( was going to be all you caneat sushi)

My SO makes pad thai at home once in awhile. Shit's so much better when you make it yourself, vs. going to a restaurant.

that's why thai food is my cheat meal :mamoru: but even then, I try to adjust it so it's not that bad and I don't go all out with apps, etc. :hs:

This is how I always view cardio. Skipping the Kettle chips is way easier than the elliptical for 30-40 minutes.

:squint: I hate you and your fast metabolism....I cant get away WITH SHIT. when dieting at least....bulking is a different story. I can cheat A LITTLE and be ok. I had two whoppers from BK and a whole stash of peanut butter oatmeal nuttella cookies my girl made me. Nothing noticeable.

That's no where near 1000g of carbs that you burn through with zipped abs.

Oh and fat is high like whoa on those so it always makes me feel bad now when I mix high carbs and high fat. lol
