How much did you pay total to get your license? I know the class is usually betweeen 100-140, but i also heard that you have to pay like another hundred to get the actual license. Is this true?

It's the cost of the class plus $140 to the state. I personally wouldn't pay more than $99 for a class that includes everything (i.e. fingerprinting, notary, etc.) as you can find places all over for that price or slightly cheaper. Renewal is generally about $75 for the class and then $70 to the state.

our app fee in Michigan is $105....my class will run $130, but I am doing it at an indoor range. You can do the class for less, gander mtn does it for $100, but they dont have a range on site, so they do a two day class where one day they shoot at the same range i am taking my class at. I would rather pay the higher cost, take the class and shoot in the same location. You can get the class for less if you shop around, basically anyone qualified as an NRA instructor, or other orgs too in different states, can do the class. You will probably see P_T in here telling everyone about how he got his class for $25, it all depends on who you know.

EDIT: My fingerprinting is free, in Michigan I think you can always go to the sheriff's dept for free printing, but my city also prints residents for free.
My application kit says that you should get printed at the sheriff's, they say you can go to other depts, but "a fee may be charged"

QFT, this needs to be the next area of reform for ccw along with allowing carry in restaurants and other retarded restrictions that other states have. Its absurd to think some of the people that really need concealed carry the most not only have to scrape up $200 for a cheap gun, but then just as much to pay the state for the privilege of being able to defend themselves. They should cost $20 or the cost of a state drivers licence, whichever is lower.
