Testosterone!!!

    Ok so how do I increase my testosterone levels… I feel like I have no sex drive anymore and I am only 21!!!! :wtc:

    don't worry about it, wait a few days/weeks, if it keeps bothering you, go see a doctor.

    get plenty of rest, don't eat "low fat" anything. Cut out chemicals that may be messing with you.. meds, diet soda, etc...

    Exercise, as mentioned. I run and lift weights.

    Eat better food, less soda and crap.

    Get more sleep.

    Do less smoking, drinking, and drugs.

    sounds like it isn't my diet and i don't do drugs, so i guess i will need to work out.... grrrrr just more stuff to fit into my busy schedual..........

    And sleep, and lots and lots of food. Eat as much as you possibly can.

    I recently noticed my energy levels were slacking. I also noticed that we had stopped going out, since I decided to take a month off from work. Well, we used to get sushi a lot. So we went out, and the next day I felt amazing - clear headed, lots of energy, just SHARP. I remember now that fish is good for your brain, etc., so now I am buying some fish 1-2 times a week and eating it, and it sure makes me feel good.

    I had a little salmon tonight and clearly I seem to have plenty of energy, what being after midnight and here I am surfing the web! :)

    What the guys above said: eat healthy and exercise... maybe take a few vitamins/supplements to up your nutrition.

    Try taking some zinc supplements... its the zinc in the oysters that makes them an aphrodisiac.

    Don't eat fish too much. Fish can be very, very good for you, however a lot of fish in too much quantity is unhealthy for you. Chemicals in the waters get into the fish, into you through the fish, and can screw with your body. It goes for either fish-farm fish, or open water fish.. the water is just tainted.

    That's if you eat fish more than a couple of times a week for months and months, but I think you're good to go @ 1-2 a week. Some people recommend 1-2 a month.

    Actually, it's Chilean Sea Bass and Tuna that absorb unhealthy amounts of mercury from the water - stay away from those two. ;)

    ZMA is the supplement you would want to use. Of course, it will only help if you're deficient.

    I took ZMA regularly for several months.

    I like it overall, and I had very intense, vivid dreams on it and I would often wake up refreshed.

    But I can't seem to sleep more than 6 hours on it. Six hours then I am wide awake and can't go back to sleep. Without it I sleep 8 or more so I've quit taking it.

    I think it actually has the opposite affect on me. I usually sleep 9 hours every night and could sleep longer.

    Mine is the opposite. Im less horny the more I work out (maybe due to being workout all the time?).

    I do cum more though :hsugh:

    you shouldn't workout "all the time."

    I do 3 to 4 sessions a week of about 45 minutes (excluding warmups). I stick to compound exercises.

    Also you may not be eating enough food.

    I had about 6 weeks off from the gym and went from 177 to 195. Now I'm back in the gym and I can tell a difference in my sex drive and also my beard is growing faster.

    Many days I have a protein shake and a banana for breakfast, hit the Ryan's buffet for lunch, then have a 12 ounce prime rib, broccoli, and a baked potato for dinner, with some snacks in between.
