SO I have been working out again for a few weeks and then I blew out a fucking hemorroid so now I have to wait a week or two to start lifting hard again. while is was at the doctor though i had all my blood work done again along with testosterone

when i go back next week what should my test levels be between? i dont remember what the normal is.

    thanks

how old are you? 400-900 is normalish. it should be 500+ though if you're 20-24

'normal' is between 250ish and 900..but different doctors use different standards

my doc found my level of 290 sufficient to require HRT (i was 21)

aifm is pretty helpful, too.. its an anti estrogen. and it's strong, as its a suicidal inhibitor, rather than competitive.. also it helps to lower shbg so it frees up more of the testosterone that you already have
