I saw that car sitting in the mall and almost creamed myself.

I heard the suspension was rather miserable :hs:

  5. The car looks really damn good.

Did you ever test drive the C32, how did you like it?

like $35,500 if I remember correctly. This one had every option (well, all three of them, anyway) that you can get... navi, 6 spd., summer tires. The salesman instantly offered to drop $2500 off if he could earn my business right then.
The 5.1 DVD audio system in that car is bad ass.

I thought it drove pretty well. I was pretty impressed for as big as the car is. The cluch kinda sucks (in typical Honda fashion :o ).

No. That one I was looking at is long gone. Makes me sad, too. Apparently that one was a friggin steal.

too soft if anything. I've just never liked the feel of Honda clutches. It feels just about exactly like the clutch on the last CL-S, if that helps at all.

What I'm concerned about is the general feel of the car.. I don't know what they use for the panels but if you breathe on them incorrectly you get a ding. Then just need to seem more solid.

That's also the case for the Honda Accords

ya torque steer is horrible. i just went from a 03 maxima to an 04 g35x and the benefits are just amazing. that's the reason why i didn't even look @ the tl. it's an amazing car, but just make the thing either wheel wheel drive or just go balls out and make it all wheel drive...just my 2 cents.

I considered it for my next car based on the reviews, and test drove three in Minneapolis.

It fell well short of my expectations, or perhaps I'm spoiled too much by looking at truly sporting RWD cars.

All of them idled with a slight buzz through the seats and wheel. The interior wasn't as nice looking as in the pictures (it's all matte and shiny plastic, I expected some metal trim). The suspension is not very compliant (and I'm being real nice), yet doesn't handle or steer well either. The edge of the film that colors the gauge lighting is plainly visible. One car had a terrible rattle in the headliner.

Fazle's TL shits all over the new one IMO. Even an Accord sedan drives with more steering and suspension finesse.

i drove the TL and the new Max in the same night...the TL interior is trully remarkable for the price. However, for a "sports" sedan it fell flat (even for a FWD one).

The Maxima was so much more athletic in every sense.
