Who do you guys think he should face next? Drew McFedries would make an interesting match...maybe Yushin Okami?

I just see McFedries getting ktfo in the first if he steps in the ring with Martin. At least Okami might be able to take him down and make it a fight.

Terry Martin fucking sucks, Okami would school him and McFedries would beat him silly.

and when it copmes to a bang i will put my money on the more technical striker any day of the week. Which would be McFedries.

i think Okami could stand with him for a while and get him down and sub him.

why do you think Drew is necessarily the more technical fighter?

Terry is a pro-boxer and trains with Arlovski, he has technical boxing but also power, wrestling and he's tough as hell

he did get KO'd by that knee but I suspect he can take a shot as long as it isn't something crazy

striker you twat, more technical striker.

and while Terry may be a "pro-boxer" :mamoru:

Drew outstruck A world Class kickboxer in Martin Kampmann. Regardless of MK being small, he could even lanmd anything on Drew adn was eating multiple shots.

Hell, Sakara is a professional boxer look how well he lasted with Drew in his first outing.

Martin is a sloppy chubby turd who will get destroyed against top competition, or in McFedries case, middle of the road competition.

yeah, striker, regardless I meant the same thing

Drew outstruck Kampmann because Martin is very technical and picks his shots, Drew just went balls to the wall and was throwing crazy-powerful shots without hesitation

anyways, we'll see how they match up..I bet this fight has a very good chance of happening

I wouldn't even call McFedries middle of the road. Martin has been 10x more impressive than him in every one of his fights.

you must be watching a different martin. I still believe the stoppage on Ivan was early, and the win was not all that impressive, what else has he done, he beat up an old ass Jorge Rivera, and.... oh, no one else.

Rivera went to decision with A. Silva just a couple years ago, he's definitely a decent win to have on Martin's record

  16. that stoppage was fine. Something was wrong with Salaverry. He didn't move at all after the slam.

Slam KO's are kinda flukish though.

Jorge Rivera is a tough guy that's been around for a while. So is Ivan. Whether the fight against Ivan was stopped early or not he still had Ivan in deep trouble. Either way it's debatable.

I was impressed with McFedries first win just because he took the fight on short notice and still managed to grind out a decision. Both guys looked like they could pass out at any time by the third round, though. He lost to Kampman. Who has Kampman beat that makes him such a badass? Sure McFedries won his last fight but it was against another nobody. McFedries is just a guy that's got 3 UFC fights under his belt. I don't see him being around for long.

:werd: he messed up his shoulder apparently, kind of disappointing to see it end that way though
