Has anyone had this before? I have it in my inside left arm where my forearm and elbow meet. I get a real bad pain doing curls with a BB. I've had to drop BB curls and preachers from my workout because of it and use strictly DBs. It is rater frustrating because my left arm is 1 inch smaller and my arms are getting smaller. I've tried icing it, taking a week off, using straps on exercises like Deads and shrugs. It's been like this for 4 months. I am not sure what to do other than taking a month of, which I think it would just come back anyway.
