Tendon and Ligament strength and health supplements?

    Seems I have been getting tendinitis alot lately.

    I take Glucosamine Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid

    I took Cissus for a month but couldnt justify the price for the results.

    IMO...

    rest, recovery and physio are you're friends for tendinitis....not supplements

    I rest foam roll like a mofo and have pretty much cured it with ice and rest etc.

    My knee has been popping everytime i go up some stairs...i've been taking Osteo Bi-flex....hopefully it works

    if it's cured then what's the concern? :dunno:

    Tendinitis sucks, especially in tendons that you use during your daily activities. You can work through it, in the hope of strengthening the muscles - or you can recover let it heal and start over.

    Took cissus for my wrist pain. It went away and never came back.
