ok, im on an off day of the 5x5/starr routine & this scenario happens quite often for me. i did the 'friday' routine yesterday (incline bb-heavy, squats-heavy, & i add DB bench press-heavy). the monday routine would be flat bench-heavy, squat-med/hvy, deadlift-heavy. now, being that i just worked squat & db bench yesterday, as well as made gains. I'm not too motivated to work those again since i doubt i will making any gains on those lifts today. should i rest & recover or should i just hit it since i have the energy... any ideas? cliffs: starr 5x5 routine, i have the energy to work out back to back days, should i?
