Tell me What to Change in this Diet please..

    1. protein shake, 1 tbsp pb on whole wheat english muffin. 380 cal 38 gram pro

    2. PB sandwich on double fiber whole wheat bread. 320 cal 15 gram protein

    3. grilled chicken, small portion of brown rice 350 cal 40 gram protein

    4. meal 2 320 cal, 15 gram protein

    5. meal 3 40 grams protein, 350 cal

    6. lean protein and veggies 300 cal, 50 grams pro

    5'11, 175. pretty lean, gettin strong but and trying to lose slight fat, is this diet good? thanks

    up the calories and start lifting heavy.

    i know i should up the cals, but i feel bloated the whole day eating like this

    its not bad, I like it. What are your carb counts like? fats?

    well, i should have said it differently. my meals are not exact to be brown rice and chicken, i should have wrote chicken/turkey and source of carb. for example, here is what I will have had today:

    Protein shake, whole wheat mini bagel, 3g fish oil 350 cal, 40 grams pro 30 carbs

    whole wheat english muffin, 1tbs peanut butter, 31 carbs, 200 cal 12 grams protein


    9 ounces turkey,2 whole wheat slices, sargentos reduced fat provolone( 50 cal)- total 380 cal, 38 grams protein =, 32 grams carbs


    2tbsp PB, whole wheat slices 320 calories, 32 carbs, 16 grams protein


    GRilled chicken, slices of whole wheat , cheese- 420 cal 50 grams protein, 32 carbs, 3g fish oil


    lean chicken, veggies 300 cal, 50 grams protein



    comes out to 1970 calories, about 160 carbs, a little over 200 grams protein, and i do not know the exact fat amount. I get it from fish oil pills all natural peanut butter, and the little amount in chicken in turkey. I get a lot of fiber though, my bread i buy is loaded. the total amount for the day is roughly 60 grams.too many carbs? anything i should change, thankyou
