how did you tell everyone? what did everyone say?
i better read some entertaining stories
mine isn't too interesting. i had a crush on this guy. well, in past relationships with girls, i always liked talking to their friends before pursuing them. well, this time was different cuz i wasn't out. so, i decided to come out to one of his good friends who i was also kinda friends with. he knew, but he was still kinda in the closet so i knew i could trust him. and, i THOUGHT i could trust this chic. well, about a week goes by, and my good friend comes up to me (different girl) and says "um, chris said you were bi." i was like, wtf. ends up, the chic i orignally told, wanted to get into chris's pants, so she thought being the gossip whore would work. so, she told chris, who in turn told my friend. when my friend said that to me, we were all on our way to steak n shake. by the time we park, i was furious. i was punching stop signs, on and off the phone with her flipping shit. finally, it came time to tell everyone what was up. i could either deny it or just come out. so, i came out.
that was rather uneventful
i can delete it, then your thread would have 0 replies?
I like the way you think
the real question here is why some one that is into hot women wanting to know how us gay guys came out. Are you planning on coming out? If so, tell us your plans. If not, go off and breed somewhere.
so here is a big
sounds like a possibility for some good stories
Do you honestly think that coming out stories are soap operas?
I'm in the process of coming out. only friends know. i recently told my friend i work with.
Me: well, yeah, i'm gay...
Him: Haha i know.
Me: wtf who told you
Him: dude, i just know. you're a flippin fairy
It was pretty funny.
Well ya almost all of the girls i've told were just like "Awwwwwww" and hugged me and said it was cute.
My stories are posted all over the closet, no need to re-post them.
none really... I think my parents got the clue when I ended up with a 1,500 credit card bill from one day at a mall.
Another one i just remembered
Her: So tell me who you are going out with
Me: Well you know my friend shane?
Me: You know how he's not straight?
Me: And how I am always on the phone with him or texting him
Me: Do you see where this is going?
Her: No. But aren't you 2 both like best friends?
Me: ..... you're slow. He's my BOYFRIEND.
I'd say I had a pretty typical "coming out."
Although my head spun around 3 times and I spew split pea soup all over.
There wasn't anything really exciting with my sister's coming out. Still isn't actually.
She came out to me in BK drivethrough. I was 16 she was 20/21. I just looked and her and was like "okay." We still laugh about it today.
who is "her"?
my friend nicole. she's awesome but pretty bad at the getting clued in on things part haha
My roomate snooped thought my text messages... found out that the girl I was dating was actually a guy, confronted me about it, told all his friends, and then moved out the next day because he couldn't live with someone who has that lifestyle.
Haven't really came out per say... I just don't really hide it... You gotta love the girls reactions though. "OH EM GEEEE! That's soooo adorable!!!!" Then they jump up and down and give you a kiss, all the while the straight guys sit there in disbelief that a queer just got a kiss from a girl.
I was dating a guy, and he had a really bad work schedule. He could only hang out late at night 11pm-on and I snuck out very frequently to see him. One night, my mother waited for me to leave, and she confronted me. So I told her the truth. For a while, she was under the impression that id find a girl eventually, and she was upset for a while...but she has come to accept it and love my partner. My father on the other hand, found out because of a letter to an ex I hadnt hid so well when I moved. I havent had "the talk" with him yet, but I know its coming. But in the scope of things I havent lost a friend yet, so I count myself lucky.
I never lost any friends when I came out, just most of my family.
haven't really yet.
