- at 10st use a max of 2 caps per day (1 (10mg) morning, 1(10mg) evening)
- length of cycle should be 2-4weeks, most gains seem to come in the first 2weeks
- take liver protectant although its hardly liver toxic, its not worth the risk, and dont consume alcohol either whilst on the cycle. Use milk thistle (1000mg per day @ 80%), might be worth adding in some K-ALA (glucophase) aswell
- keep sat fats low, add in 10g of fish oil and plenty of other omega 3's to help HDL levels not drop to 0.
- take something such as red rice yeast to help protect LDL levels shooting too high.
- drink plenty of water as SD dehyrates you
- get plenty of sleep as SD can cause lethargy
- keep carbs high especially when taking it, so always take with a good meal. Keep carbs high as SD increase muscle glycogen uptake so in effect sucks glucose out of the blood and into the muscles.
- run at least 4weeks of PCT, use rebound XT at 2-3 caps a day or Novla

Most people do 2-3 weeks of 20mg SD and 2 weeks Nolva PCT.
