heh... looks like me wearin the Titan Blue shirt

Dan is an extremely strong mother fucker, I can't wait to see what he does in the future

the one thing that pisses me off is that both of those lifts should have been redlighted because his belt was under his singlet, they just cut a whole in the front. strong as fuck, regardless

Yeah he's gonna be one of the top benchers in the world for sure if he keeps it up.

well, he competes at 308... so I'd imagine somewhere from 300-320

ehh....the point of that rule, as I'm sure you know, is so people dont use the belt to cut 2in off there stroke thus allowing them to bench more. Since you could see the location of the belt and that he did not bring the bar down to the buckle I'd let it slide if I was one of the judges.

edit: that dude is stong as fuck!

That guys retarted strong. I can't help but look at the PL bench style and imagine it feels really really weird when you first start doing it like that.

    impressive

as an aside, whats to stop someone from putting a metal plate inside a shirt and using that to increase your bench? is it not the same principle as a bench shirt? not trolling, just curious

    http://www.criticalbench.com/bench-press-shirts.htm

from what i gathered from there, the metal plate would help. i really dont know too much about shirts though, and i dont feel like hijacking the thread

how would having a sheet of metal help? Unless it's some sort of magnet that'll keep the bar away from it, thus throwing it off if you ever get it to your chest
