I second Psycroptic, Necrophagist, and DECAPITATED FTMFW! Favorite tech-death band.

I would also throw in Arsis, Atheist, Braindrill, later Death, and Sleep Terror (tech-death with no vocals, but it's killer shit.)

Damn, can't believe this thread died already. Hey Jimbob, what's a good album for Quo Vadis, heard a lot about them, never their shit though.

Gorguts and Necrophagist are my favorites. Gorguts was the first death metal band I ever heard. I picked up Erosion of Sanity when it came out in 1993, got me hooked [IMG]

Give wormed, 7th child, Origin and pavor a listen. Wormed are just insane!

Hieronymus bosch, Alarum and Wayd are all good too but but there more progressive than brutal.

Yeah there a great band, some of their albums get a bit boring due to the non-stop blasting, but there most recent is great!

    Some more tech death/grind bands:

Amoral, Capharnaum, Cephalic Carnage, Crimson Massacre, Demilich, Biolich, Mithras, Domination Through Impurity, Yattering (stay away from there most recent album!), Gorgasm, Gorod, Iniquity, Natron, Neuraxis, Psychotogen, Scrambled Defuncts, Visceral Bleeding.

And there are plenty more out there.
