anyone got some?
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder.
Medium rare playa
I use this thing called monterey Steak seasoning.
. sometimes a lil red pepper too
and depends on the cut of meat, some need less some need more
a good porter house just needs some butter
Freshly sliced garlic and red onion, a bit of red wine, a bit of teryiaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Marinate it for at least 2-3 hours.
medium rare, bit of ketchup on the side.
Marinate in Mojo overnight. Grill to Medium Rare. Serve with a sweet potato and a small salad.
medium rare, eat.
that sounds pretty damn good. i might give that a go tomorrow
Add pepper :delicious:
shit is awsome
ketchup? fucking ketchup? you have no idea how to eat a good steak. probably put mustard on chicken breasts
my problem with it:
SALT, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER, AND RED PEPPER), GARLIC, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL, NATURAL FLAVOR, AND EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA.

I know it's negligible though
edit: what exactly is "natural flavor"?
that was pretty god damn delicious also, if you use bread sub wheat for white obviously
edit: had the bread part backwards
People do it, but you should really never oil or marinade a steak prior to puting it on the grill.
I do a little salt, pepper, garlic powder and then olive oil the grill. DONE.
i hear grape oil has a lower smoking point... ever try that instead of EVOO?
i thought EVOO had a higher smoking point than just regular?
oops.. i meant grape smoking at at a higher temp
regular as in canola?
regular olive oil vs EVOO. To my knowledge regular OO is a blended oil and therefore doesn't smoke at lower temps compared to EVOO which smokes all the damn time.
ah... will give it a try.
whats wrong with ketchup?
A1 steak sauce is nice aswell.
and there's this sauce called reggae-reggae sauce which is pretty badass. think it's only in the uk though
Even steak sauce on a steak is blasphemy!!! if you need that shit on your steak youredoingitwrong.jpg
x2. I just put the spices on after like 2 minutes of grilling, cause thats when the juices start comming on and the spices just stick to the meat
that worcestershire sauce is gods gift to man on burger patties
