    and depends on the cut of meat, some need less some need more
    a good porter house just needs some butter

    Freshly sliced garlic and red onion, a bit of red wine, a bit of teryiaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Marinate it for at least 2-3 hours.

    Marinate in Mojo overnight. Grill to Medium Rare. Serve with a sweet potato and a small salad.

    People do it, but you should really never oil or marinade a steak prior to puting it on the grill.

    I do a little salt, pepper, garlic powder and then olive oil the grill. DONE.

    i hear grape oil has a lower smoking point... ever try that instead of EVOO?

    regular olive oil vs EVOO. To my knowledge regular OO is a blended oil and therefore doesn't smoke at lower temps compared to EVOO which smokes all the damn time.

    whats wrong with ketchup?

    A1 steak sauce is nice aswell.

    and there's this sauce called reggae-reggae sauce which is pretty badass. think it's only in the uk though

    x2. I just put the spices on after like 2 minutes of grilling, cause thats when the juices start comming on and the spices just stick to the meat :bowdown:
