GUN tapping a Rem 870 receiver

    So I was thinking about adding a weaver rail to the top of my Rem 870. Anyone know how much it should cost to have the receiver tapped for two machine screws to attach the rail?

    The other option is adding one of those saddle-mounts... how sturdy are they?

    interesting. I will be in socal this weekend. I don't really feel like flying with my shotty, tho :hs:
