tank3d is fat....but really working hard

    woke up @ 6am
    -drank "zip fizz" & ate protien bar
    -42 minute treadmill workout
    14 minutes @ 3mph 0 incline
    28 minutes @ 3mph 5 incline

    lunch=2 chicken breasts

    dinner=pork chop & rice. tomatoes

    water for the day=160 ounces
    no snacks
    drank "immune fizz" before bed @ 10pm

    you need to eat more. that severe of a caloric deficit will put your body into starvation mode and you won't lose anything. Read the stickies and archives and find a good diet plan. You need to find your maintence calorie level, then start at ~500 under that and slowly cut out more cals.

    Jumping straight to practically nothing for the day makes your body's instinctive responses come out and you actually conserve weight by having your metabolism slowed

    I have been at it for a few weeks. I eat plenty and am full all day basically. Mainly cutting out snacks and eating healthy meals. My problem is unhealthy meals and eating too much, and NOT working out. everything is going really well. I have lost about 15 pounds. I was drinking 10-12 diet pops a day, now, i just drink water and a glass of OJ with my pills.

    lunch=6 inch subway club..no mayo, lots of veggies

    dinner=1.5 pork chops & a little rice. tomatoes

    water for the day=96 ounces
    no snacks
    drank "immune fizz" before bed @ 10pm

    dinner=stir fry cabbage, miso corn ramen

    water for the day=112 ounces
    no snacks
    drank "immune fizz" before bed @ 10pm

    down 28 lbs....doing really good...no snacking...reasonable meals. Starting to feel like a different person..not a person who needs the comfort of food. I think water has been a major factor so far
