Friday 1/04/08 Bench 10x135 10x145 9x155 5x165 1x185 Incline Dumbbell Bench 10x60 10x65 Tricep Pull Down 10x130 10x140 Squats 10x135 10x185 Just went to the gym on a friday and tried to zap the upper body. First time lifting in a while. I have been doing mixed martial arts for the past 3 months and wanted to get back into the gym. I am also going to try to get into the "bod pod". Thats the thing that the NFL uses at their combines to accurately look at body composition. Right now I am 6'5 193 and feel good. My goals are to lose fat and gain muscle while staying right around 195. I will also get pics and stats up as soon as I can get them.
