I am looking for a black leather cruiser motorcycle jacket in a XXL tall. That should be long enough as for dress shirts I have to order a 38/39. Any ideas on some relatively cheap or ANY jacket that will fit me? Thanks OT.

Im 6'6" and fit into XXL Icon jackets pretty good. The sleeves are nice and long. Go to the motorcycle dealer, try on some jackets, then buy one off the net. The dealers here markup prices like whoa

It's hard to tell because each maker seems to have their own size charts. What's XXL in one is more like L in another.
My 3/4 leather jacket I wear I ended up getting from Wilson's Leather.

If you buy online, make sure they have an exchange policy if the size is off.

Thanks guys, I will keep looking around. Problem is I am 6'4'' and my arms have a 6'11 wingspan.

I've got the same problem, and I'm also 150#, so a larger jacket was waaay too baggy in the torso for me.

I picked up a Fieldsheer (size 44 IIRC), the sleeves are fine when I'm standing, but ~2" short when I'm in a full crouch. A pair of gauntlet style gloves solved that problem.
