    I wanna get one, found a great deal on a 1993 GT 5 speed for 3k with 64k miles..
    Whats it gona take to get this beast into low 11's?
    Block reliability?
    Best power ader?Any twin turbosetups? STS?
    Amount of Nos on Stock setup?
    Fill me in.

    They are ugly but have a huge aftermarket for the 5.0L.

    I've seen a few clean ones that I liked.

    The odometer is only 5 digits, so that car probably has 164k or even 264k :rofl:

    Fox bodies are light and cheap as hell to mod. I say go for it.

    The compression ratio is perfect for a blower or turbo. Just make sure your cooling and fuel systems are up to the task.

    5.0s will pretty much run forever. why not a 94-95 you still have the 5.0 engine but you get 5 lug and 4 wheel disc.

    H/C/I and traction could see high 11's.
    Stock block is fine to 500 whp. After that and things are getting iffy.
    Any power adder will be effective with that car.
