I am pondering what other supplements would be proper to take while lifting? I have been lifting for a few years (inconsistently) but on a frequent basis while taking Isopure, a MV and Gespari Super Pump. After reading some talk on these boards I've realized the Super Pump is basically money in the trash? how is CEE? I realize that i should take fish oil as well?

dianobol? pro harmone? Im not looking to get huge, just optimize my results in relation to time in the gym. I can only allow an hour to hour and a half a day for gym time being that i am an architecture student

based on the lack of detail in your post, I'm guessing that you would benefit more from getting your nutrition in check rather than loading up on supplements

My av is so small you can't see it!
Fuck man 1 to 1,5 hours in the gym is not enough, you might as well quit. If you cant commit to spending 6 hours in the gym daily, you will never grow.

Im pretty sure my food consumption on a daily basis is fairly decent. I stay away from junk food, drink lots of water, try and eat some sort of meat each day (chicken, steak, beef, turkey, fish). I also try and eat nuts and berries each day as well and drink green tea. It's not that I am not seeing gains, my last set on flat bench (after 3 previous sets) is 240 3-5 times depending on the day. My chest is really what im trying to see an increase in. I do Chest and Abs on Monday, Legs and Arms on Tuesday, Wednesday I do Back and Shoulders, and then Repeat Monday and Tuesdays session for thurs and friday.

i like where my legs are at, at this point...they dont need to be massive. I make sure to certainly spend the time I need on my areas. As you can see, I give myself an all around workout through the week...so fuck the back, legs, and shoulders?... Some people on here are completely ignorant and sarcastic... Some people dont have the time to spend all day at the gym

    1) Log what you're doing/eating.
    2) See if you're happy with the results, if yes, continue, if not, change something. Not gaining is either not eating enough or not lifting heavy enough.
