My girlfriend is in Europe, and will be coming back in about a week. I was wondering if there would be a problem with her taking her pill. She is 6 hours ahead right now, and will have a ~9 hour flight. Basically, she'll leave Europe around noon (her time) and get back to the states a little before 4 pm. Does she just take her pill the morning of her flight, and then take the next one the next day as usual? This way, there would be an extra 6 hour difference between taking her pill the day of the flight, and then taking the next one the day after. Isn't that a problem?

She should take it at her normal american time. So if it's at noon usa time an dwhere she is is +6 then she should be taking it at 6pm Euro time. She should not have more than a 1 hour lapse from her usual; time of teking it or it willbegine to be out of the usual effctiveness range.

I thought so, thanks. It just makes it a little difficult when she's been taking it at 10am, which would be 4am here :hs:
