Just make sure you still continue to lift regularly. I've been doing it for aprox. 2 months now.
I'm still getting stronger, and loosing weight. It's not a very fast process. But it's working none the less.
I'm 6'0 and weighed 220.
In 6 months I'm now down to 195 - 200. And my max's have gone up considerably.
EDIT: It can make you initially gain 5 - 10 lbs in water weight the first month of taking it. Since I was allready cutting, I didnt gain any weight the first month, I just didnt loose any either. After that first month I started droping about 1 - 2 lbs a week again.
