so between my plyometrics, cardio, squats and deads, plus with all the sand volleyball I play....it is starting to take its toll on my knee. I am starting to feel minor pain in my left knee. I figured i would take it easy for now. for those of you that play alot of jumping-related sports and are active like me, how do you take care of your knees? I have a decent vertical jump, low/mid 30s so i would say i do put quite a bit of stress on my knees. - I guess I need to start taking care of them.... any advice??
