So I have been working out consistanly since January and now I am going out of town for Rugby and decided this would be the best time to take time off.

You guys have any suggestions on how to eat to get the most gains or anything special I should know or just kick back and relax?

If you're playing rugby and still want to recover, eat above maintenance.

Since you still going to be doing alot of high intensity workouts I would still eat the same or above your normal intake.
