your diet should be providing most of your nutrients..although if you are on a diet like keto it is a good idea to use them

i don't see how it could hurt. If you eat the right fruits and vegetables it's probably not necessary.

I use this one, it's designed as 3 tablets a day, but I only take one, relying on the rest to come from whole food sources

I used the nature's best for a little bit but the Alive daily without iron I posted that pic of was the one I switched to...big difference. I always told people to inerperet how well it was breaking down by the color of your urine a few hours after you take it, and that Alive shit really shows....may be cheaper too...

Take animal pack, but make sure you chew it before you swallow so it gets into your bloodstream faster.

    /don't really do that

I prefer Orange Triad but that or Animal Pak would have been my other choices.

I take orange triad, but i only take like 3-4 pills a day instead of the 6 since taking all 6 gives u like 500% of the vitamins u need for the day. Animal Pak is like the same but u can't just take a few since they're all different pills.

    I disagree

I think if you take into consideration how much seaweed is in the typical Okinawan diet you would see why they don't need a multivitamin...that shit is packed with vitamins and minerals.
