Each serving (3 tablets) contains the following:900 mg. of L-isoleucine1620 mg. of L-leucine1080 mg. of L-valineThat's a ratio of 1.0 to 1.80 to 1.20, which you exercise physiologist types will recognize as the exact ratio found in muscle.

Leucine is the "anabolic switch" that tells your body to synthesize more protein, provided the other essential amino acids are available.

My trainer specifically is reccomending this T-nation / Biotest product and I just was curious if anyone has any negative or positive reviews of the product.

I'm actually filling out a little again...slowly but surely. I'm integrating way more carbs into my diet and upping the cals a little every week. It's ll be slow bulk but I'm gonna be bulking a little.I hope that makes you happy.
