    looks good, but i also do not want to dedicate 6 weeks to primarily doing back.

    over complicating shit, IMO. But thats the T-Nation way.

    I'd say most douches at the gym or on OT would benefit from a dedicated chunk of back only work. Combine this with some good external rotation/rotator cuff/hip joint work and it will balance out some of those years doing nothing but bench and curls.

    I've been pretty much doing back only lately because my joints are so fucked, maybe I'll give this a try.
