    quick question:
I was doing t-bar rows today and when i lifted the end with the weight on it, I was having a tough time keeping the other end on the ground (i was lifting the entire bar)

should i put some weight on the other end?
    was i doing something wrong?

    that sucks.

maybe just bring the bar over to the corner and "accidentally" jam it the fuck through the dry-wall.
