    normal done with coconut milk, which is pretty much pure saturated fat... sub batida de coco and skimmed milk

    ingredients:
    1 cup batida de coco
    1 cup 0% fat evaporated milk
    1 cup broiled chicken diced up
    1/3 cup diced zuchinni
    1 US quarter sized jullieanne red hot pepper well diced (careful, to wash your hands after touching this, dont rub eyes or take a piss until you did!!! ... wolrds hottest pepper)
    chili pepper virgin olive oil

    cook milk, batida, zuchinni and hot peppers in pot til it foams up, when done, add chicken and teaspoon of olive oil

    aprox 400 cal... 60g protien, 6g fat (5mono, 1 sat)

    I've never seen this pepper before. I usually use habaneros with my stuff. That oil feels really good in the eye. :o

    I'll have to look for this new one.

    Actually there are peppers hotter than that one it seems.

    ok my bad, it is the habanero, but for some reason some people cal lit jullianne pepper here
