Synergy EC????

    I am a little confused on the whole EC stack thing. I have been reading for days with many varying opinions on what products to take with what. I think i am goping to go with Synergy EC. My question is: How much should i take daily?

    The supplement facts are as follows:
    Serv. Size:1 capsule.
    Sida Cordifolia 8% yields 10mg
    Ephedra alkaloids 125 MG
    Caffeine 100MG

    Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day.

    What is the difference between ephedra and ephedra alkaloids? I have been reading where people suggest taking 8 MG of ephedra. Does that not concern me since they are the Ephedra alkaloids? Should i start with one pill early in the morning? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    from what i understand the main thing hyou want from ephedra alkaloids is the alkaloid ephedrine. this has been extracted to get us ephedrine hcl with none of the other "junk" alkaloids.

    so ephedra alkaloids are ephedrine + some others.

    i ordered 2 bottles of synergy and plan on just taking 2 a day to start one in th emorning one before practice/lifting.

    So if I was told this before but I'm not sure but if I was taking 2 vaspro epedrine softgels a day, then I would take 4 of these Synergy EC pills a day to equal about the same amount?

    i dunno, i plan on starting out at 1 or 2 pills spaced through the day. then go to 3 spaced, and assess tolerance from there.

    right now i'm taking 2 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. i was taking 2 epedrine a day before so i thought i'd step it up a bit. only time i feel jitters is in the morning with my protein shake for about 1.5 hours before i eat breakfast

    Going really well. I've only lost 5lbs but the defintion in my arms and chest are very visible. i can see the upper part of my abs now. Gonna take some time to really reverse the years and years of damage i've done to my adominal area though. God only knows how much loose skin I'll have but better to have that problem to deal with than to fight the battle of the bulge.

    For a quick history, I used to be up at 250lbs. Went down to 175lbs doing atkins but was still a fatty. Bulked up to 195-200 but was still a fatty with no idea of how to lower my body fat. Well now I'm down to 185 and getting the definition that I was sorely lacking. Still got a long ways to go but as long as I'm making good progress I'm happy. I was pretty much plateaued for the longest time.
