I recently just got a new mac but have my iphone synced up with a pc tower.

I was wondering what the best way would be to backward sync all my music, contacts, and photos to my computer would be.

    Thanks:o

iTunes won't let you backwards sync music, on any iPhone or iPod for that matter.

You need to use a 3rd party program (I like iPodRip) to pull all your old music off the iPhone. When you plug in the iPhone for the first time it should merge all your contacts into Address Book and your schedule into Calendar.

I just pulled my whole ~/Music directory with the iTunes folder and music and it worked fine when I went from MacBook to Macbook Pro. iTunes wanted to rebuild my library, but after 15-20 minutes it was fine. Apps were there and all.
