Is this possible? At my work i have the annoying job of syncing my teams calendar with our team leads. Im getting tired of her bitching at me for it when i will do it for 2 weeks at a time, daily, but may miss something that popped in in the afternoon and its making me really irritated now.

So is there anyway to make 2 calendars sync up?

If you have Exchange Server running your email, it's easy. If you don't, good luck.

Yeah - I don't know what's going on here. Are you adding items from one master source calendar to other people's calendar? I mean that kinda seems gay to me. In an exchange environment, you can create a public calendar that everyone refers to and can add/delete if need be. Not sure what you're trying to do.

    Ok

I work at a health company and were divided by teams

i'm on team 9. the team has its own calendar that meetings, conf. calls etc.. are sent to me.

My boss also has her personal calendar, which she wants always to be synced up with the teams calendar since she's too lazy to put it on the stupid view 2 calendars at once view and wants me to go through and copy any meeting notices that are on the team calendar or on her calendar and paste them back and forth so both calendars look the same.

And we do have ms exchange server. the IT dept. here blows nuts, seriously.

i am just trying to find a faster way to update both calendars without having to manually go through each day of the month and copy from one to the other and vice versa.

Well the problem is how the meetings are being scheduled - it's pretty simple to create an appointment in your own calendar and invite other people. By doing that, the meeting ends up in your calendar too.

So what? Whoever is scheduling the meetings should have it in their calendar anyway. You've got an education problem, not a technology problem.
