symptom of over training - ?

    I just wanted to double check but if out of no where my appetite crashes for 2-3 days straight, this is my body telling me im overtraining? or could it just be stress?

    Not sure, you should check out Hotdamn/TXLBS and your "guide on how to pickup women" book, it probably has stuff in there about it.

    :mamoru: But really, there are tons of "symptoms" of "overtraining", but the number 1 cause is vaginatis. If you are not recovering enough then eat and sleep more. The difference between those who will succeed and those who will not is doing shit when they don't want to, such as eating.. or not eating.

    You aren't overtraining unless you're an elite level athlete. Maybe you need a couple of days of rest though. Loss of appetite, lack of motivation, no energy, a drop in performance are good indicators of when you need to back off a little.

    if u start to feel like shit in general probably. i notice i feel worse and recover slower if i start boozing and staying up late alot..

    The biggest problem I experience when I over-do it in the gym is joint soreness and constant fatigue. This will usually go away after taking a couple days off, eating a lot, and getting good sleep.

    Take a day off the gym, take some nyquil and hit the sack a couple hours earlier than usual, get a good 10 hour of sleep, eat large hearty meals all day... and the next day you should be golden.
